Building on our legacy of over 15 years as a recognized leader in the construction industry, providing Professional Quantity Surveying services, we have completed an exciting revitalisation of our Brand Identity.

On November 1, 2011, Cuthbert Smith Group Inc. assumed a new corporate and visual identity, which will be deployed across all markets and throughout all printed collateral on a global basis through the duration of 2011 and now operate as CSG under the legal name Cuthbert Smith Group Inc.

Similarly, our new slogan is intended to convey our value proposition, and commitment to providng more than just measurement to our valued clients. It reaffirms our conviction toward the delivery of meaningful, compelling results.

Why we are rebranding?

Simply put, the ownership structure of our firm has changed, with the retirement of our founding partners.

Additionally, since the inception of them firm, industry and customer demand has seen us expand our service offering beyond the basics of cost control. Today, our team also provides specialized professional quantity surveying services that serve as an extension to cost control, cost scheduling and cost monitoring, such as Feasibility Studies & Masterplanning, Life Cycle Costing / Value Management, Cost Monitoring of Real Estate Loans, Sensitivity / Cost Benefit Analysis, and Replacement Cost Reserve Analysis.

Plus, having reached a 15-year milestone, the decision was made to refresh the brand and introduce a more vibrant and progressive logo to serve as our visual identity going forward.
