Points West Living (PWL) Grande Prairie is a 4-storey fire resistant seniors residence that combines outstanding construction with superior care provided by registered nurses, LPNs and Health Care Aides 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

PWL Grande Prairie has two buildings; one opened in May 2011, followed by the second building over the course of November and December 2011. The facility has 155 living units including:

• Long-Term Care Suites (LTC)
• Hospice/Palliative Care Suites
• Designated Supportive Living Units (SL3 & SL4)
• Designated Supportive Living Units for residents with Dementia and Alzheimer disease (SL4D - Dementia)
• Independent Living Apartments (currently in the planning stage)
